Live Training at a locations near you!

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training is a rehabilitation intervention and performance-enhancing tool that has shown potential to rapidly improve exercise and rehabilitation paradigms. Hundreds of peer-reviewed published literature substantiates the validity, mechanism(s), efficacy and safety of using BFR systems. By intermittently restricting blood flow during exercise, findings demonstrate significant and substantial gains in strength, muscle hypertrophy, injury recovery and endurance – often within abbreviated timetables from traditional training or rehab. During this course, attendees will:

- Learn the history and current literature of BFR training
- Understand the mechanisms of how BFR training works
- Appreciate the elements that make BFR training safe
- Discuss the efficacy of BFR training & the populations for whom it is effective
- Understand practical applications and "best practices" to utilize with patients/clients
Distinguish how BStrong systems differentiates itself from other BFR devices
  • Pros and cons of design, material, application of bands/straps/cuffs
  • Apply BStrong BFR bands and take an individual through a practical training session independently
